ACTIVEWEAR • PERFORMANCE • MADE IN LOS ANGELES

Activewear Manufacturer in Los Angeles

Euphoric Colors is an activewear manufacturer in Los Angeles supporting brands with product development, pattern making, sampling, fabric sourcing and cut-and-sew production for performance and lifestyle apparel.

Activewear has to perform differently from an ordinary garment. Stretch, recovery, fit, movement, compression, seam placement, elastic application and fabric behavior all influence how the finished product feels and functions.

We approach each project around the actual garment rather than forcing every product through the same construction method. Whether you are developing leggings, a sports top, performance shorts or a coordinated collection, the fabric and construction should support the intended use.

WHAT WE MANUFACTURE

Performance Products Start With the Intended Use

A yoga legging, running short, fitted training top and lifestyle active set may all use stretch fabrics, but they do not necessarily require the same pattern, seam construction or fabric performance.

01

Leggings & Fitted Bottoms

High-waist leggings, fitted pants, bike shorts and stretch bottoms where fit, recovery, waistband construction and seam placement are especially important.

02

Sports Bras & Fitted Tops

Stretch tops, sports bras, crops and fitted silhouettes developed around support level, fabric weight, neckline, straps and intended activity.

03

Performance Tees & Tanks

Lightweight and stretch knit tops developed for training, lifestyle, running, golf and other performance-focused apparel programs.

04

Performance Shorts

Fitted or relaxed shorts with options for elastic waistbands, pockets, liners, panels, drawcords and other construction requirements.

05

Joggers & Warm-Up Pieces

Performance-inspired joggers, warm-up pants, sweatshirts and layering pieces that connect activewear with lifestyle and streetwear.

06

Coordinated Collections

Multi-style programs where leggings, tops, shorts and related garments need consistent fabric direction, color, fit and brand identity.

TECHNICAL ACTIVEWEAR DEVELOPMENT

Built for Movement, Not Just for the Photograph

A performance garment has to be evaluated while it is being worn and moved in — not only while it is lying flat on a table.

Fabric stretch and recovery affect pattern dimensions. Seam placement can affect comfort. Waistband construction can change how a legging stays in position. The wrong stitch or thread tension can create a garment that looks correct but does not perform correctly.

Depending on the design and material, activewear construction may incorporate overlock, coverstitch, flatlock, elastic application, bindings, reinforced seams, panel construction and other specialized sewing operations.

Performance characteristics such as compression, moisture management, breathability or specific stretch levels are ultimately dependent on the selected fabric and project specification.

FABRIC Stretch + Recovery

Fabric selection should match the fit, activity, coverage and performance expected from the garment.

PATTERN Fit Under Movement

Stretch patterns require a different approach to ease, negative ease, balance and fit testing.

CONSTRUCTION Stretch-Compatible Seams

Stitch and seam selection should allow the garment to move without compromising the intended construction.

DETAIL Waistbands, Panels & Pockets

Technical details are developed as part of the garment rather than added as an afterthought.

SAMPLE Fit + Function Review

Physical samples allow the product to be evaluated before moving into production.

PRODUCTION Repeatable Construction

Approved specifications establish the production reference for the finished style.

FROM CONCEPT TO PRODUCTION

How an Activewear Product Moves Through Development

The starting point can be a complete tech pack, an existing garment, sketches, reference images or an early product idea. The development path depends on how much technical information is already available.

01

Product Review

We review the tech pack, references, target fit, intended use and existing product information.

02

Fabric & Trim Direction

Stretch, weight, hand feel, recovery, elastic, bindings and other components are considered against the product requirements.

03

Pattern & Fit

Pattern development translates the design into the dimensions and construction needed to create the physical garment.

04

Sample Development

A physical sample allows fit, proportion, construction and fabric behavior to be reviewed before production.

05

Production & QC

After approval, the style moves through production, finishing and quality-control operations according to the approved specifications.

DEVELOPING AN ACTIVEWEAR LINE?

Show Us What You Want to Build

If you already have a tech pack, send it first. A complete tech pack gives us the clearest starting point for reviewing construction, materials and production requirements.

If you do not have a tech pack yet, send reference images, inspiration from other products, sketches or an existing garment that helps explain what you are trying to create.

Streetwear Manufacturer in Los Angeles

Euphoric Colors is a streetwear manufacturer in Los Angeles supporting brands with product development, pattern making, sampling, fabric sourcing and cut-and-sew production for hoodies, fleece, T-shirts, sweatpants and contemporary streetwear collections.

Streetwear often looks simple from the outside, but the finished product depends heavily on fabric weight, proportion, pattern shape, rib construction, seam quality, washes and finishing.

An oversized heavyweight hoodie should not be developed the same way as a lightweight sweatshirt. We build the garment around the intended silhouette, fabric and customer experience.

STREETWEAR DEVELOPMENT

Fabric Weight and Proportion Change Everything

A 10-ounce fleece and a much heavier fleece may require completely different handling even when the garments look similar in a sketch.

Pattern dimensions affect oversized proportion and drop. Rib specifications affect recovery at cuffs and waistbands. Hood construction changes volume and drape.

Wash and dye treatments may also affect shrinkage, surface appearance and final dimensions, which means the intended finish should be considered during development rather than added at the end without planning.

FABRIC Fleece & French Terry

Weight, face, backing, hand feel and shrinkage influence the garment.

FIT Oversized Proportion

Body width, shoulder drop, sleeve volume and length define the silhouette.

RIB Cuffs & Waistbands

Rib selection should support recovery and the intended visual proportion.

DETAIL Hoods & Pockets

Hood volume, drawcords, kangaroo pockets and zippers require coordination.

FINISH Wash & Dye Direction

Finishing can influence color, hand feel, shrinkage and garment character.

PRODUCTION Repeatable Construction

Approved specifications establish the production standard for each style.
